New challenges, new skills, new countries

VSO is an international development charity that works through skilled, professional volunteers in some of the world’s poorest countries.

As a VSO volunteer you won’t be digging wells or building schools, instead you’ll be working alongside people who need your management expertise. We are looking for resourceful mid to senior-level managers to build the capacity of local charities, NGOs and human rights organisations across Africa and Asia.

Find out how to embark on the most challenging, instructive and rewarding time of your life, by clicking on the link that best suits your area of expertise.
