VSO isn’t just about volunteering overseas! We’re also about helping individuals and communities to make a difference right here in the UK. And we want you to join us.

Campaigns

Help build a fairer world
The lives of the world’s most disadvantaged people may depend on our own government’s policies towards the developing world, the actions of our companies or the products we choose to buy. Find out about the small steps you can take to make a big difference.

Challenges

Dig out your hiking boots...

Volunteer Linking gives you the chance to experience close up the day-to-day work of our volunteers around the world. Receive stories, photos and videos from your volunteer while they’re overseas, and meet them when they come home.
